Impartiality
1.BestISO as Certification/validation/verification(CVVB) Body activities should be performed with impartiality.
2.BestISO as Certification/validation/verification(CVVB) body is responsible for the impartiality of their Certification/validation/verification(CVVB) activities and should not allow commercial, financial or other pressure to jeopardize their impartiality.
3.We BestISO as Certification/validation/verification(CVVB) body should monitor the organization's activities and relationships to identify threats to its impartiality.
Oversight in this area should include relationships among its personnel.
4.If a threat to impartiality is identified, it should be eliminated or minimized so that impartiality is not compromised.
5.The top management of the BestISO as Certification/validation/verification(CVVB) body should have a commitment to impartiality.
6.We BestISO Verification/certification/verification body should make a public commitment to understand the importance of their impartiality when performing Certification/validation/verification(CVVB) activities and address conflicts of interest to maintain objectivity.
7.The review and decision shall be made by persons other than those who perform the Certification/validation/verification(CVVB) implementation.
8.When both corroboration and verification are provided to the same client, We BestISO as the Certification/validation/verification(CVVB) body should consider potential threats to impartiality (eg, self-censorship and familiarity) and should manage this risk accordingly.
9.We BestISO Certification/validation/verification(CVVB) agencies shall not simultaneously provide consulting services and Certification/validation/verification(CVVB) for the same claim from the same client.
10.The We BestISO Certification/validation/verification(CVVB) body shall not provide advice to the client, or has engaged The Certification/validation/verification(CVVB) agency agrees to accept Certification/validation/verification(CVVB) activities from potential clients of consultants related to the same claim.
11.Marketing and quotations for the activities of We BestISO Certification/validation/verification(CVVB) agencies should not be linked to the activities of any organization providing consultancy services.
12.Upon learning (for example, through a complaint) of any consultancy services organization that it is stated or implied that the We BestISO Certification/validation/verification(CVVB) would be simpler, easier, faster or less expensive to use the Certification/validation/verification(CVVB) agency, the verification/verification/ /verification Verification agencies should take action.
The Certification/validation/verification(CVVB) body should not state or imply that Certification/validation/verification(CVVB) would be simpler, easier, faster or less expensive if a particular consulting organization was employed.
13.We BESTISO Certification/validation/verification(CVVB) body shall respond to any threats to its impartiality posed by the actions of other persons, institutions or organizations. This includes the actions of organizations that have outsourced Certification/validation/verification(CVVB) activities.
